Exchange and return

We accept product returns within 30 days for any reason. The returned product must be in its original package, undamaged.
You must attach a copy of the invoice. As soon as we receive the returned product, we will send a full refund of the product price. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping

For the items that are in stock, we usually ship the same day the order is placed if the order is placed before Noon Eastern Standard time. Otherwise, we ship the next business day. For items that are out of stock, we should be able to process and ship your order within 3 to 4 business days.
We offer free ground shipping within the United States on orders over $50.00 excluding tax.
UPS next day air, 2nd day air, and guaranteed 3rd day delivery are also available. You have a choice of these shipment methods when you checkout.
After your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number, you can use this number to track your shipment status.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club. We cannot accept checks or other means of payments at this time. Because we are not able to validate card addresses and security codes, we also cannot accept credit cards issued outside the United States at this time.
For New York state residents, 8.75% tax will apply.
